Ear Reconstruction Surgery - Microtia 

Case 1:

13 year-old boy with isolated right microtia. Reconstruction performed in 2 stages using rib grafts.

Traumatic Ear Reconstruction

Case 1:
This patient is a 26 year old male who had undergone previous surgery for prominent ears with an unsatisfactory result. The ear has been excessively folded and gives the appearance of the ears being too pointy. The reconstruction was achieved using cartilage obtained from the ear, and performed in one stage. The post-operative photos are taken 2 weeks after the surgery, and some of the scars and swelling are still evident.
